Welcome to Ponme Fit! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Ponme Fit application and services (the "Platform"), provided by BUILDING YOUR DREAMS TECH LLC. By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Ponme Fit is a wellness ecosystem that connects users with professional coaches (including trainers, nutritionists, etc.). Coaches can publish content, create wellness plans ("Plans"), and offer personalized guidance. Users can access public content and subscribe to individual coaches for premium content and services.

2. User Accounts

You must register for an account to access most features. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

3. Coach Subscriptions and Payments

For Users: To access a coach's premium content, you must purchase a subscription to that specific coach. Payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase.

For Coaches: Coaches set their own subscription prices. Ponme Fit will collect the subscription fee from the user on your behalf and remit your earnings, minus a service fee, according to the Payout Policy.

4. User and Coach Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

Post any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.
Provide false or misleading information.

Coaches agree not to provide medical advice that could be construed as a diagnosis or treatment for a medical condition. The platform is for wellness and fitness guidance, not medical treatment.

5. Disclaimers

The content provided by coaches on the Platform is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. BUILDING YOUR DREAMS TECH LLC is not responsible for any advice, course of treatment, or any other information, services, or products that you obtain through the Platform.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BUILDING YOUR DREAMS TECH LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.

7. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
